Editor-at-large of O Magazine, Gayle King, says this about the cover ‘It’s very difficult to find something that Oprah’s not done before. I don’t have another clap. I don’t have another smile. I don’t have another pose, but we’ve never done black and white.’
In the magazine, Oprah says “For the past 15 years, we’ve been able to fulfill on a monthly basis, the original dream for this magazine. The original dream is that it would be a manual or a guide to meet women exactly where they are in their lives and to help them elevate and exalt their lives in such a way that they could literally live their best lives.”
