I have put together tips to help you rule your kingdom and
stay pretty.
1 Beauty Sleep:
No this is not just reserved for the witch to cast a spell
on sleeping beauty. Sleep is not for the weak, it’s for the strong. While you sleep,
your body repairs your skin, hair etc. and you wake up looking and feeling more
relaxed.
2 Water:
Nobody can overemphasize the need for constant hydration,
your organs need water, you need water, and your skin needs water.
I had to download an app called ‘water your body’ to remind
me to drink water all day. If that’s what you need by all means get on google
play and download it.
3 Cold Spoons
Place two metal spoons in the fridge for 20 minutes and
place them on your eyes (a) when you wake up in the morning (b) when you go to
bed at night.
This cold spoon treatment is actually very relaxing and it
helps to reduce puffiness around the eyes.
